FAQ
When and where is ELC Conference 2027?
ELC Conference 2027 is on Thursday, 22 April 2027, at ČSOB HQ in Prague. It’s one day of talks, hands-on workshops and 1:1 mentoring for engineering leaders. Ticket prices are not out yet. Subscribe and we’ll email you the day tickets go on sale.
What is ELC Conference?
A one-day engineering leadership conference in Prague. It’s where CTOs, VPs, senior technical decision-makers and leaders meet for actionable talks, hands-on workshops, and networking that doesn't feel like a sales pitch.
Is this conference for me?
If you are in the trenches of technical leadership, yes. We built ELC for: Current Leaders: CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Engineering Managers, and Tech Leads. Product & Strategy: Product Managers and Technical Founders. Future Leaders: Senior engineers preparing to step up. If your job involves scaling architecture, untangling team dynamics, or making hard technical decisions, you are in the right place.
What is the actual ROI of attending?
Playbooks you can use on Monday. We skip the high-level theory and focus on how other engineering leaders actually solve hard problems—structuring teams, managing technical debt, and surviving the messy parts of leadership. Zero sugar-coating, just proven frameworks.
What topics does the conference cover?
Topics include engineering leadership, scaling teams, AI in product development, system architecture, innovation culture, and technology strategy.
Is the conference in English?
Yes. 100%. All talks and official programming are in English.
Who is behind ELC Conference?
Engineering Leaders Community, the largest engineering leadership network in Central Europe.
