Questions partners ask.
Can we buy a talk on the main stage?
No. Every speaker wins the stage with their topic and their track record, partners included. Your speaker can apply through the call for speakers. Luminary includes a workshop or mentor slot for your leader, and any partner can add a partner workshop off the main stage.
What do we get after the day?
A written report within 30 days with the numbers listed in your package: tickets used, booth visits, workshop registrations, newsletter opens and clicks, applications on ELC Jobs, introductions made. See a sample report (illustrative numbers). Your boss gets a page, not a feeling.
Can you introduce us to specific people?
Yes. Luminary includes 5 introductions by name: you tell us who you want to meet, we book the meetings at the speakers’ dinner, the mentoring zone and the roundtable. The other person always agrees first. Any partner can add a leadership roundtable on its topic.
Can we be the only partner in our category?
Yes, with the Category exclusivity add-on to Luminary: no other partner from your category on the day, named Main Partner of the day at the opening, your logo on every lanyard, 20 tickets in total, an ELC meetup in your office in February and 4 mentoring sessions with Marian. One partner.
When and where is ELC Conference 2027?
On 22 April 2027, in Prague. We announce the venue soon.
Who attends?
Engineering managers, directors, VPs, CTOs and senior engineers. In 2026: 400+ attendees from 134 companies; among the 350 with a role on record, 130 engineering leaders, 81 senior AI engineers and 59 CTOs, 69% at manager level and above. We expect 500 in 2027. Do you share attendee lists?
No. With a partner workshop you get the contacts of the attendees who register for it and opt in.
How many partners do you take?
Luminary has 3 seats and Navigator 6. Pioneer is open. Each add-on goes to one partner; the Category exclusivity add-on makes one Luminary partner the Main Partner of the day.
Which budget does this come from?
Hiring or marketing. Navigator is built for a hiring budget, Pioneer for a marketing budget, Luminary serves both. Every package says which numbers its report counts.
Is there a discount?
10% off the whole order if you sign by 31 December 2026, 25% off your second add-on, and a renewal price for 2026 partners. All prices are in EUR, ex VAT.
